ALMADEN VALLEY GIRLS SOFTBALL LEAGUE
Welcome to another fun and exciting season of Almaden Valley Girls Softball League (AVGSL) recreational softball.  Our website will provide you with information about the upcoming season and provide answers to common questions.

LEAGUE INFORMATION
The main goal of AVGSL is to ensure that the players are in a fun, positive environment while learning and expanding their softball skills. AVGSL promotes a sense of belonging for everyone. We emphasize teamwork and the sense of individual success that contribute to team sports.

AVGSL is affiliated with the San Jose Police Activities League (PAL).

Together, AVGSL and SJ PAL offer:

• Clinics for coaches and players
• District and State wide player and team registration
• Secondary medical insurance for players while participating in games or practices
• Complete player uniforms including jersey, shorts, socks and visor
• Team and individual pictures, and a participation trophy for each player
• Field fees and maintenance and access to PAL Stadium for tournaments
• Player equipment and supplies
